Porketta Sausage chopped with cheese curds and dill pickle, piled on puff pastry over a smear of coarse-grain mustard. Fold pastry edges together and pinch making an eat-out-of-hand pasty. Bake until puffy and golden.

Tex-Mex Sausage and Monterey Jack cheese stuffed in Jalapeno Peppers, wrapped in bacon and baked in the oven til lightly charred. Suggested sauce: creamy Ranch.
